My comprehensive Integrative Nutrition Health package includes four (4) visits to guide you toward better health. During the first visit (90 mins), we’ll dive deep into your complete health history to understand your unique needs. The following three sessions (45 min each) will focus on personalized consultations, where we explore nutrition strategies and identify areas for improvement. Together, we’ll discuss ways to help you achieve a healthier, more balanced lifestyle and reduce stress.

These 2 sessions are for those who have already been a client & need to touch base with just a few follow up visits. The 1st visit we would review some ideas we came up with during our previous visits & see where you want help. The next visit we can revisit food, movement (exercise), spiritual health & even address any new health conditions or concerns that have come up.

My mindfulness coaching program consists of four (4) 30-minute sessions designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce stress and anxiety while increasing oxygen flow to the body and brain. These guided sessions will teach you powerful techniques that promote relaxation, mental clarity, and overall well-being. With practice, you'll learn how to calm your mind, and improve focus. This program provides you with simple yet effective tools to manage stress and enhance both mental and physical health and performance.
